Geproduceerd op Finca La Soledad, een micro-boerderij gelegen tussen 1501 en 1750 meter hoogte op de top van een berg, weerspiegelt deze koffie de expertise van Pepe Jijon, verkozen tot "meest opmerkelijke producent van 2024" door het magazine Sprudge.
In Intag Valley, Ecuador, the Sidra variety that makes up this coffee underwent a meticulous process : ultra-controlled fermentations, prolonged drying, and cultivation under natural forest, without chemical inputs or exposure to direct light.
The result? A refined drink, with subtle aromas and exceptional aftertaste.
