L'importante proportion d' Arabica conférera la richesse aromatique que vous apprécierez en tasse tandis que la part de Robusta une légère amertume en fin de bouche et une crema onctueuse.

Los Primos constitue une entreprise familiale de torréfaction artisanale de café établie aux alentours de Lyon. Premier à avoir reçu le titre d'Artisan-Torréfacteur de la région Rhône-Alpes, c'est en 2001 que George Govertchinian ouvre Los Primos, aujourd'hui dirigé par Patrice Moreau. La torréfaction élaborée des mélanges "maison" spécialement conçus pour la préparation de délicieux espressi !
