Each capsule contains 8 grams of ground coffee (or tea/chocolate) : the ideal quantity to preserve the taste and aroma of each blend and make the most of the Caffitaly system technology.

The airtight capsule eliminates the risk of oxidation and preserves the aroma and taste of coffee: it has the same characteristics as freshly ground beans .

The top film and capsule body are made of 3 different layers to keep the capsule airtight. It thus perfectly protects the coffee from oxidation allowing all coffee aromas to be preserved .

During extraction, the filters ensure uniform and optimal distribution of water through the coffee , guaranteeing maximum performance of the process.
