A whole bean coffee from Ecuador
Produced at Finca La Soledad, a micro-farm located between 1501 and 1750 meters altitude at the top of a mountain, this coffee reflects the expertise of Pepe Jijon, elected "most remarkable producer of 2024" by Sprudge magazine.
In Intag Valley, Ecuador, the Sidra variety that makes up this coffee underwent a meticulous process : ultra-controlled fermentations, extended drying, and cultivation under natural forest, without chemical inputs or exposure to direct light.
The result? A refined beverage with subtle aromas and exceptional length on the palate.
