Routin recipe idea: Moccaccino
You will need:
- 15 ml of Routin 1883 chocolate Syrup
- 30 ml of espresso
- 100 ml of milk
Preparation:
- Pour the Chocolate Syrup and espresso into a large cup.
- Froth the milk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous foam using a steam wand.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate shavings.
