The Cookie By Night

You will need:

• 3cl of1883 organic Vanilla syrup
• 15cl of vanilla ice cream
• 50cl of whole milk
• 50g ofdark chocolatefor baking
• 1/2 cookie

You must:

1. Melt 50g ofdark chocolatein 50cl of hot milk, let cool
2. Then blend all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. You only have to pour the preparation into aglass , decorate the latter withcookies andcaramel
