Routin, a French brand of premium syrups, presents this Peach syrup from the Routin 1883 range, made with pure water from the French Alps.

Perfect for flavoring your white or blonde beers. It will also pair wonderfully with your cocktails or smoothies.

Recipe idea: Alpina Bellini Cocktail

You will need:

• 1 cl of Routin 1883 Peach syrup
• 2 cl of Génépi l'Ancienne*
• 2 cl of Peach purée
• 10 cl of sparkling wine*

Preparation:

• Pour the Génépi and peach syrup into a Champagne flute
• Top with sparkling wine and finish with the purée which will slightly emulsify the wine
• Stir to homogenize the mixture
• Decorate with an edible flower such as a pansy
• Serve
