LaGrange Le Cinq whole bean coffee
Discover the coffee that enabled Vincent Ballot to become the first Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the field of roasting.
The name of this coffee, Le Cinq, was not chosen by chance. Vincent Ballot wore this number at the time of his consecration. He was the first roaster to be recognized as Meilleur Ouvrier de France thanks to this whole bean coffee.
This coffee was born from the blending of several coffee beans, all scrupulously chosen, from Peru, Honduras, Ethiopia and Indonesia. They were grown in respect for organic agriculture and are certified ORGANIC. The French roaster respected the roasting times for each coffee according to their fermentation level and blended them after roasting.
In the cup:
It is a coffee of great finesse, an unparalleled premium whole bean coffee. We find a cocoa-forward attackune attaque tout en cacao before moving on to anything else, some fruit ! The spicy and tangy notes then mingle to prolong the pleasure of the coffee break.
To be enjoyed using a gentle method, with a Chemex for example, for a true nectar full of femininity !
