By selecting this coffee from the world's third largest producer, Colombia, the French roaster succeeds in offering you a grand cru coffee beans rated 84.5/100.
We find the characteristics of Colombian coffee, namely the gourmet and fruity profile. This coffee was harvested at 1700 m altitude in Sierra Nevada region within a cooperative called Grupo Siera. On this land, men and women demonstrate their ability to overcome conflicts that have threatened their nation, by producing excellence in coffee, an organic certified coffee.
On the palate: Upon tasting, we find its comforting and indulgent notes, around nut and cocoa. On the nose: fruit predominates with effluves evoking yellow plum and mango.
