Are you a specialty coffee enthusiast? You don't have one but several favorite coffees and are constantly looking for new flavors? A perfect format to allow you to discover a new coffee, under the best conditions (roasting freshness, small quantity…).
The specialty coffee expert, Lugat has selected these coffee beans from the Costa Rican Tarrazu region, where this coffee is produced. It is the producer Beneficio Palmichal who is behind the cultivation of this arabica coffee.
A perfect coffee for espresso thanks to its monk's robe roast, which allows it to develop Gourmand/Spicy aromatic dominants. Dark chocolate manifests from the first sip and brings an intense side to the tasting. With a present body and a sweetness brought by almond notes, this specialty coffee is the interpretation of a successful balance. Its long finish closes the tasting with tonka bean notes. Coffee rated 84/100 in reference to the SCA scoring.

Origin and producer of the Costa Rica Finca Alfaro coffee beans
Discover this exceptional coffee from Costa Rica, more precisely from the Tarrazu region. Cultivated by 1300 families at altitudes ranging from 1200 to 2000 meters, it benefits from a privileged location between the Pacific coast and the Sierra de Talamanca, offering optimal conditions for the maturation of the cherries.
This coffee is produced by Beneficio Palmichal, a company founded by Manuel and Romelia Rojas, pioneers of coffee cultivation in Tarrazu. The know-how of this family was passed on to Roberto Montero Castro. Since 1994, the farm and mill have been managed by Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, operating under the name Beneficio Palmichal.
