This 100% Arabica blend comes from India. The Malabar is grown in the State of Kerala in southern India.
The Indian coffee is mainly recognized for its very specific preparation process: the monsooning or monsooning.
After harvest, the coffee is first exposed for five days to the monsoon rains to moisten it, then to the monsoon winds for seven weeks which have the effect of drying it.
This method allows to obtain an inimitable taste with a digestible coffee, without acidity, with intense body and spicy aromas.
