About the farm

Grupo Siera grows its coffees in a microclimate characterized by sandy and rocky soil.Their plantations are located at an altitude of 1,700 metres, thus benefiting from an average annual temperature of 27 degrees Celsius.

Theharvest periodextends fromNovember to January. The coffee processing is also carried out with particular care.The beans are hand-picked and processed using the washed methodthe same day. Thefermentation process lasts between 13 and 15 hours. The beans are then dried on African beds in full sun for 15 to 20 days.This meticulous process ensures the preservation of the aromas and unique characteristics of Sierra coffee.
