Coffee bean LE PIANTAGIONI DEL CAFFE El Tambor

The Italian coffee El Tambor is part of the "Di Piantagioni" coffees. Coffees from exceptional plantations and roasted with the greatest care by this Italian roaster who wishes to bring out the best aromatic profile but also to value the work done by the people who cultivate them.

On the palate, you discover a harmonious espresso between the pleasant acidity of citrus and the sweetness of honey.

This coffee is best enjoyed as espresso: 7 to 10 g for a dose with a medium grind between flour and cornmeal. Score obtained after internal quality control: 86/100

Bourbon coffee beans, grown in high mountain at 1860 m altitude by Victor Calderon, fifth generation of coffee growers. Taken over in 2001, this farm often faces the rust phenomenon that generally affects the foliage of coffee trees. Committed to respecting the ecosystem, it only uses environmentally friendly practices, including clay, naturally present on this former mining site, to treat its trees.

Italian coffee beans, LE PIANTAGIONI DEL CAFFE

Le Piantagioni Del Caffè is a family business that has welcomed four generations since its founding in 1994. This Italian company has managed to make a lasting impression by truly pioneering encounters with small producers and introducing the notion of "origin" for specialty coffees.

It has also distinguished itself by wishing to democratize specialty coffee with a less rigid, more playful approach. Indeed, its "Specialty People Blends" range is colorful, fun and easy to understand for coffee enthusiasts as well as beginners. All its coffees are crafted from origin coffees and sometimes blended to create unique combinations, so it's transparency and quality in the cup that you will get.

To guaranteea quality tasting experience with its entire coffee range, the brand has established a protocol to analyze and score the coffee specialty obtained after roasting. Offering coffee suitable for Specialty Coffee, such is the objective set by the brand by developing cutting-edge dedicated software. This is by no means a universal protocol, but given the absence of a protocol for espresso, it represents a way for them to guarantee their quality.

Le Piantagioni Del Caffè

Le Piantagioni Del Caffè is a renowned Italian brand, particularly for its specialty coffee with impeccable traceability. With its plantation coffees, this Italian roaster offers accessible, fun coffee with pep for everyday life that is able to satisfy coffee epicureans looking for a differentiated coffee experience.
