Découvrez un espresso parfaitement équilibré avec la recette Perle de Café. Ce café de spécialité est conçu à partir d'un assemblage de grains issus de plusieurs pays d'Amérique du Sud. Le café du Guatemala pousse dans la région de Pampojilá, entre 1470 et 1720 mètres d'altitude, sur une terre volcanique qui enrichit les plants de caféiers. La recette Espresso intègre également du café du Salvador, issu de la ferme Ayutepeque, qui s'étend sur 85 hectares sur les pentes d'un volcan près de Santa Ana. Enfin, le blend espresso est complété par un café brésilien provenant du terroir de Cordilheiras do Caparaó.
Lors de la dégustation, vous apprécierez you'll find indulgent aromas of dark chocolate accompanied by fruity notes reminiscent of cherry. The latter lend a light acidity and refined note to the blend. The flavors of roasted almonds, for their part, remain more subdued.
