This coffee bean contains 100% arabica that comes from the Echemo region in Ethiopia. The coffee grows at 2100 m altitude on land that is passed down from generation to generation. Today, the plantation is in the hands of Khalid and his brother, they continue together to perpetuate the tradition passed down by their family. The family farm currently represents 35 hectares.
During tasting, you will find fruity notes first, similar to yellow fruits as well as gourmet notes, revealed by a dark roast. You will appreciate this generous coffee, to be enjoyed as an espresso or in slow extraction that will highlight the freshness of the yellow fruits.
