La Canopée is a single origin whole bean coffee, whose attributes come from its terroir of origin: Nicaragua. This arabica is grown in the Matagalpa region (La Verona Farm), an area renowned for its dense tropical forest, which hosts rich biodiversity. It is this environment that makes Green Lion Coffee whole bean coffee, a responsible coffee.
