Dive into the history of the producing farm. Located in San Martin Jilotepeque in the Chimaltenango region of Guatemala, it belongs to Antonio Medina. Third generation to farm these lands, he planted his first coffee tree in 1991. Following the expansion of his plantations, he developed his own processing facilities, prioritizing quality over volume. He also achieved excellent scores in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence competition!The coffee from this farm benefits from advantages related to its environment: vegetation and fresh water for irrigation. Only a quarter of his farm is dedicated to coffee; he is committed to preserving a large part of native forest.
