To achieve this result, Coffee Pirates has selected beans from Papua New Guinea. Coffee production in this region of the world is unique due to its unique harvesting and export procedure. The majority of production is provided by small producers working in "gardens". Coffee sourcing proves complex, facing logistical, cultural and linguistic obstacles encountered.

This coffee is a true rare find, acquired by Café Imports in Berlin and from Kindeng Dry Mill, located in Jikawa province in the heart of Western Highlands and Wahgi Valley. Approximately 1500 producers from the municipalities of Kindeng and Arufa picked these cherries from varieties such as Arusha, Bourbon and Typica, which reached maturity between 1,520 and 1,770 m altitude.

You will be seduced by this coffee for its espresso with rich flavors. It is characterized by its main aromas of red and yellow fruits. From the first tasting, you will be charmed by the notes of red fruits, particularly grape juice and black cherry. In the finish, its long aftertaste reveals subtle notes of apple.
