Presentation and tasting of The Full Monkeys specialty coffee
This coffee results from the blending of several arabica beans carefully selected by Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café and Best Coffee Roaster in France 2015. After travels to Brazil, Ethiopia and Guatemala, he created, upon his return to France, this premium blend: The Full Monkeys.
On tasting, this coffee reveals indulgent notes of milk chocolate and caramel, brought by the Guatemalan beans. These sweet flavors are intensified by the presence of Brazilian coffee beans. The whole is balanced by a slight hint of acidity, coming from the Ethiopian Moka coffee, which also enriches the body of the cup. Find many coffee beans on MaxiCoffee !
