The whole bean coffee Jump is a refined blend, from three small specialty coffee farms located in Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil. Ditta Artigianale, Italian roaster, has put all its expertise into roasting this blend, in order to bring out its best qualities.
During tasting, you will discover fruity and gourmet notes, accompanied by a light acidity, brought by subtle touches of lime. A delicate chocolate note completes this aromatic profile, offering you a true sensory journey to the countries of origin.
This blend is the ideal marriage between the expertise of Italian roasters and the commitment of producers worldwide. The coffees that make up its composition display the following scores: Brazil 83 pts, Colombia 85 pts and Ethiopia 86 pts, ensuring remarkable quality.
Ditta Artigianale was born in 2013 from the will of Francesco Sanapo, champion barista and taster with an exceptional track record, crowned three times Italian coffee champion and 6th at the World Coffee Championship.
Francesco had a specific goal: to found a company for Italy, offering transparent specialty coffees at every stage of production, in a sustainable approach. From this ambition was born Ditta Artigianale, a roastery based in Florence, a platform for expression for a team of passionate experts.
The quality of the work accomplished in Florence was recognized by obtaining Q-grader certification. This title awarded by the Coffee Quality Institute and the Specialty Coffee Association testifies to the team's competence to evaluate specialty coffees.
Result of this qualitative investment, Ditta Artigianale won in 2019 the title of best Italian roaster and that of best Italian taster. The brand's coffees have also distinguished themselves in several national and world championships. This success probably reflects its approach with coffees of remarkable flavors, but also impeccable ethics.
Ditta Artigianale, a small Italian roaster at its beginnings, has established itself as the reference brand with its Florentine whole bean and specialty coffees. Italian artisanal roaster, Ditta Artigianale succeeds in the challenge of bringing together in a single product a unique Italian coffee, a fair trade coffee or even an organic fair trade coffee! Proof of the enthusiasm it generates among coffee lovers, multiple awards are regularly attributed to it. The Specialty Coffee Association awards very high scores to its coffees, making it a highly anticipated brand by consumers.
