The 100% Arabica coffeefrom organic agriculture contained in these soft pods is grown at high altitude (approximately 1500m) in Bolivia .
This coffee will charm you with its very fruity bouquet with a slightly tangy note due to the volcanic soil where it grows. This mild and aromatic drink will be perfect at the end of the day.

The decaffeination requires professional high-tech know-how. The green coffee beans are made porous by a steam treatment.
Then to extract the caffeine, Destination chose not to use solvents, but rather water and CO2 , thanks to the only unit installed in Europe using this method. CO2, a component of the air we breathe, happens to be a powerful solvent for caffeine. It is circulated under pressure through green coffee beans immersed in water.
When the desired residual caffeine level is reached, the circulation is stopped, the coffee is gently dried until it regains its initial moisture level. Thus, the structure of the green and roasted beans, the flavor, the taste of the roasted coffee, and the coffee infusion are almost perfectly preserved.
There is absolutely no health risk since the coffee is brought into contact with 100% pure substances: chemically inert carbon dioxide (which completely evaporates) and pure water.
Offering a coffee 99% free of caffeine can appeal to even the most demanding enthusiasts.
