Instant coffee as a base for an indulgent recipe

• 2 tablespoons of Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino
• 2 tablespoons of Dolce Vita Classic Cappuccino (or cocoa powder)
• 350 g of cream cheese like Philadelphia®
• 1 egg yolk +3 eggs
• 100 g of sugar
• 100 g of dark chocolate
• 175 g of butter
• 150 g of flour

The steps:

1 - Take two bowls and pour the Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino instant coffee into one and the Dolce Vita Classic Cappuccino into the other (or cocoa powder if you opt for this variant). Add water, two tablespoons of hot water, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

2 - Mix the cream cheese, egg yolk, 40 g of sugar and the Dolce Vita Vanilla Cappuccino preparation to obtain a cream.

3 -Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter in a bain-marie letting it cool slightly. Mix the eggs, remaining sugar and Dolce Vita Chocolate Cappuccino. Incorporate the melted chocolate-butter mixture, then the flour, and mix until you obtain a smooth dough.

3 -Place the dough in a square springform pan (25 x 25 cm) previously lined with baking paper. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top, marble slightly with a fork and bake at 180 °C (160 °C fan) for about 35 minutes. Let cool in the pan on a rack, unmold the cake and cut it into 20 cappuccino brownies.
