The beans from Brazil give a generous roundness and hazelnut notes, while the arabicas from other South American terroirs reveal a caramelized sweetness evoking brown sugar and a subtle spicy touch of vanilla.
Its dark roast, carried out according to French expertise, reveals an intense aromatic profile, a beautiful long finish and perfect consistency from the first packet to the last. The 5 x 200 g format preserves all the freshness of the beans while offering an ideal volume for sharing.

The Solstice whole bean coffee returns for a 2025 limited edition even more generous: 5 packets of 200 g to enjoy an exceptional coffee from the first to the hundredth espresso. Each bag, freshly roasted, guarantees consistent cup quality and preserved aromas over time.
Follow our extraction method to enhance all the aromatic richness of this coffee. For a balanced and indulgent espresso, use 19 g of ground coffee and let 42 g flow into the cup in about 28 seconds. You will obtain a dense texture, a creamy crema and intense and sweet notes. Solstice fully expresses its personality, even in milk-based drinks.
On the palate, discover a smooth attack, a medium and silky body, supported by aromas of vanilla and cane sugar, before a long finish with notes of roasted hazelnuts. A pleasure that renews itself cup after cup.
