This Black Forest coffee is a specialty coffee, a blend of Arabicas from Brazil and Uganda. The plantations of Mundo Novo, Catuai, and Moka are full of coffee beans hand-picked between 1600 and 1800m altitude. Each bean is then roasted in France, in our workshops, by our roaster teams.
In the cup, this coffee presents beautiful lively and expressive notes of chocolate and red fruits. The Black Forest offers a nice long finish, a round body, supported by jammy notes.
