Meet the Sueno Mexico Altura region green coffee, water-decaffeinated. A coffee produced in Altura, a region of Mexico where several coffee varieties grow at high altitude.

This coffee is a blend of 4 varieties (Catimor, Red Caturra, Sarchimor, Costa Rica), all 100% arabica. Besides favorable climatic conditions (high altitude), Sueno green coffee benefited from a privileged treatment at several stages of its conception (hand and selective harvesting, chemical-free cultivation, water decaffeination).

It is therefore a water decaffeination process that was chosen to treat the coffee, a natural process without chemical substances. The beans are thus immersed in water, under certain temperature and pressure conditions. This allows to reduce the caffeine content to a maximum, between 0.01% and 0.02%.

In the cup, this generally gives a coffee with a well-marked body and complexity with gourmet notes (speculoos and gingerbread). This coffee has also obtained the "organic" certification. On each green coffee bag, find all the precise information (density, humidity, etc).

Note: green coffee must be roasted before being introduced into an automatic machine or even a grinder. Otherwise, your equipment will be damaged.
