Recipe for Iced Thé des Alizées:
Use 15 g of tea leaves per liter of water at room temperature, infuse for 30 minutes, remove the leaves and chill.
Palais des Thés
Palais des Thés is a tea house created in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas. This pioneer is driven by the desire to seek out teas in their countries of origin, directly from the producers.
He defines himself as a "tea researcher". From his travels he brings back his expertise; and from his passion for tea numerous recipes were born including thé du Hammam launched in 1998 which remains to this day a Palais des Thés reference. Other references are available today, ready to take you on a journey into the authentic universe of this tea house.
