The Ascaso I-Steel I1 is produced in Spain, with a chassis entirely made of polished stainless steel.
This grinder features a brass group, with 54 mm flat burrs made of special hardened steel (identical to those used in high-end professional grinders).
It is equipped with a 250W motor, which offers optimal grinding speed for coffee beans.
The micrometric adjustment allows for precise grind refinement, ensuring perfect adaptation to each type of coffee or espresso machine.
The hopper (250 g) is made with a specific highly resistant plastic.
Grinding capacity: 5 kg / h.
Founded in 1962 in Barcelona by J.Ascaso, Ascaso was initially specialized in manufacturing components for espresso coffee machines.
