Baratza developed the Encore coffee grinder so that it fits perfectly in most spaces, without compromising on power or product quality.
The 40 mm conical steel burrs are produced in Europe. They ensure uniform grinding.
The 40 adjustment steps allow precise customization for espresso machines with pressurized filters, filter coffee makers and French presses.
The powerful motor runs slowly for cool and relatively quiet operation.
The Baratza Encore grinder features an exclusive speed control, which regulates burr rotation at 550 rpm. This reduced speed helps limit heat (to avoid burning the coffee), noise and static electricity buildup.
Grinding speed : 0.8 g/sec - 1.1 g/sec
This Baratza Encore grinder offers 2 distinct operating modes: the On/Off button and the pulse button.
With the On/Off button, simply position the button on the desired function to start or stop grinding.
The "pulse" button is located on the front: the Encore grinder operates as long as you hold the button down and stops grinding when you release it.
Maintenance is very easy : the burrs come apart easily, with no special tools required.
The Baratza Encore Black grinder comes with a hopper for 225g of coffee beans, a container for 140g of ground coffee and a cleaning brush.
