Following the success of the Encore ESP model, Baratza developed the Encore ESP Pro coffee grinder, designed to adapt to all types of grinding. With its modern and sleek design, it is characterized by its compact dimensions and understated appearance.

The 40 mm conical steel burrs of M2 type are manufactured in Europe. They ensure uniform grinding.

The Baratza Encore ESP Pro stands out for its wide grinding versatility, covering all methods from espresso to filter coffee. Thanks to its 270° dial, it allows very fine or coarser grind adjustment, perfect for adjusting parameters according to the chosen preparation method.

Ergonomics are optimized by a central adjustment dial, a backlit digital screen and LED lights located under the dispensing spout to visualize the grind. It offers a clear reading of the grind position, with 130 adjustable steps in 0.5 increments.

Thanks to internal improvements (flow control disc, new paddle wheel, optimized shaft), the motor operates silently while ensuring perfect burr alignment, for optimal extraction quality.

Single dose or programmable grinding? You choose!

Each Baratza Encore ESP PRO grinder is precisely factory calibrated, so that each unit is consistent and performant.

This device offers two operating modes: Single Dosing for grinding on demand, and Grind by Time, programmable to the tenth of a second.

It also features an intelligent automatic shut-off system and ionic anti-static technology, to prevent ground coffee clumping and facilitate cleaning.

The Baratza Encore ESP Pro allows grinding into the dosing cup antistatic compatible with 54 /57 / 58 mm (included), to cleanly transfer the ground coffee into your espresso machine's portafilter.

A small plate is included to obtain the ideal distance between the cup and the dispensing spout, to minimize waste.

A hopper with a capacity of 200 g and a cup with a capacity of 40 g of ground coffee.

The flow control disc optimizes grinding consistency, and the 550 rpm motor delivers powerful torque while maintaining a contained noise level.

The maintenance is very simple: the burrs can be easily removed, without requiring any special tools.
