Baratza developed the Encore coffee grinder to fit ideally into most spaces, without compromising on power or build quality.
The 40 mm conical steel burrs are produced in Europe. They ensure a uniform grind.
The 40 adjustment levels allow fine customization for espresso machines with pressurized filters, filter coffee makers and French presses.
The robust motor operates at low speed for fresh and relatively quiet grinding.
The Baratza Encore grinder features an exclusive speed control, which regulates burr rotation at 550 RPM. This reduced speed limits heat (to preserve the coffee), noise and static electricity production.
Grinding speed : 0.8 g/sec - 1.1 g/sec
This Baratza Encore grinder offers 2 distinct operating modes: the On/Off button and the pulse button.
With the On / Off button, simply position the button on the desired function to start or stop grinding.
The "pulse" button is located on the front panel: the Encore grinder remains active as long as you hold the button down and stops grinding as soon as you release it.
Maintenance is very easy : the burrs extract effortlessly, without requiring any special tools.The Baratza Encore White grinder comes with a 225g bean hopper, a 140g ground coffee container and a cleaning brush.
