A versatile Baratza grinder with 3 programmable doses

The Vario+ delivers quality grinding in a compact size for small spaces.

Three programmable buttons allow you to adjust the grinding duration.

Each button is preconfigured for the following durations: 1 = 10 s, 2 = 15 s, 3 = 30 s

You can modify these doses and save them for your favorite recipes.

Inside the Vario+ are 54 mm ceramic burrs, produced by the renowned Ditting.

These burrs are housed in a metal grinding chamber.

The Baratza Vario+ offers 220 distinct settings, to adapt your grind to your desired extraction method, from espresso to French press.

The micro-adjustment lever, located on the left, is used for fine modifications, while the macro-adjustment lever on the right allows for larger changes. Twelve micro-adjustment clicks correspond to one macro-adjustment click.

This device can operate in manual mode, without using the saved doses.

To reduce power consumption, the Vario+ automatically switches to " Sleep Mode " after 3 minutes of inactivity.

The Baratza Vario+ allows grinding into the included container (capacity of 180 g)

It also features a removable metal portafilter holder.

The hopper holds up to 300 g of coffee beans. Its collar closure system allows you to remove the hopper to change coffee cleanly, even if there are beans left inside.

Digital display to view the grinding time.

Two LEDs illuminate the grinding area in the container or in the portafilter.

The burrs are easily calibratable thanks to the dedicated tool included with the Vario+ grinder

Maintenance is very easy : the burrs are easily removable, without any special tools.
