Thanks to its remarkably precise 57.3 mm diameter and flat surface, the stainless steel base of this Baristator calibrated tamper has been designed to compress all the ground coffee contained in your filter basket.

A classic tamper does not sufficiently reach the edges of the filter (resulting in significant loss of grounds). The Baristator tamper solves this issue with its larger diameter.

This calibrated tamper is compatible with portafilters from manual espresso machines equipped with a 57 mm brew group.

Its handle equipped with a calibrated system guarantees tamping performed with perfect consistency throughout your service. This ensures homogeneous extraction, regardless of the pressure intensity applied during tamping.
