The quality extraction of the Rivelia

The Rivelia from Delonghi is simple to understand: it tells you what it is doing ("grinding beans in progress" for example, with animated pictograms).
It is a quality machine, on which the Italian brand has integrated a new extraction group.More compact than on older models, but just as efficient. De'Longhi has opted for thoughtful evolutions: now, you can prepare 2 coffees simultaneously, with the same intensity in your two cups.

We recommend these essential steps:

1. CLEANING : the brewing unit is removable on this machine. Our advice is to rinse it under lukewarm water once a week. The various trays and containers can also be cleaned, even in the dishwasher.
2. FILTRATION : the filter cartridge will filter limescale particles and purify the taste of water, and therefore of your coffee in the cup, which can thus retain all its aromas.
3. DESCALING : the DeLonghi Rivelia will alert you when descaling is needed! One dose of descaler provided with the machine.
4. MILK SYSTEM : if you choose the latte version of the Rivelia, note that the supplied carafe will clean automatically. So you won't have much to do on that side.
