The Bezzera Duo DE is a quality Italian espresso machine, featuring a body made of AISI 304 (14301) stainless steel in black and neutral, with wooden finishes.
This traditional design is accompanied by a touch screen, for modernity and advanced options.
With its 3 PID thermostats, the Bezzera Duo DE coffee machine offers excellent thermal stability and the ability to deliver continuous steam without worry.
This high-performance semi-professional espresso machine will delight espresso geeks seeking the barista experience at home.
The machine is heated by an electric resistance, activated by a PID thermostat that maintains a constant temperature.
The second PID thermostat allows you to adjust the water temperature in the boiler dedicated to coffee extraction, ensuring optimal thermal stability between 88 and 96°C.
The steam/water circuit is connected to an independent boiler controlled by a third PID thermostat that maximizes steam power during intensive use.
The DE version is equipped with volumetric distribution of coffee managed by microprocessor, with 4 doses directly programmable from the keypad; the fifth button activates the continuous distribution operation.
The direct access buttons correspond to the following actions:
Normal coffee button, Light coffee button, Double dose normal coffee button, Double dose light coffee button, Continuous distribution/programming button
The hydraulic system is powered by a rotary pump. The Bezzera Duo DE can be used with the 4-liter internal water tank or connected to the water supply (with a suitable filtration system to preserve the machine).
The touch screen allows you to :
- Select the water temperature for coffee extraction.
- Adjust the pre-infusion duration from 0 to 5 seconds.
- Configure the boiler priority according to your usage.
- Define the distributed doses.

Furthermore, the Bezzera Duo DE features two maintenance modes to facilitate your care: a short cycle for frequent cleanings, and a long cycle for more thorough interventions.
