Bezzera Duo Top MN Italian espresso machine

A sober and elegant style

Bezzera Duo Top MN is an espresso machine that benefits from the legendary E61 group, combined with a polished stainless steel body and wooden handles treated.
This combination allows this machine to highlight the build quality and modernize the classic style of traditional espresso machines.

Bezzera DUO TOP groupe E61

E61 group, rotary pump, double boiler, and more

The Bezzera Duo Top MN is a double boilermachine, which allows it to have flawless thermal stabilityduring extractions and to enjoy powerful on-demand steam. All powered by a rotary pump silent and very stable.

But what sets the Bezzera Duo Top MN apart from other machines is the large 3.5-inch touchscreen located on the front panel, it allows you to take controlover a large part of the performance.

You can manage the pre-infusion duration to perfect your extraction, with adjustment ranges of 0.5 seconds.

With direct access, you can program the desired temperature for each boiler, as well as deactivate the service boiler (steam/hot water) in order to consume less energy.
But that's not all, to facilitate the use of the machine, this color screen also allows you to:

- Get information on the water quantity remaining in the 4-liter

tank- Take control of the

- temperature of each boiler Two pressure gauges

(one for the extraction group, one for the boiler)- Turn on or off the backlit plate

at the rear

Ecran Bezzera Matrix

- Select the date, time as well as language and units of measurement

An espresso machine that will maintain itself (almost) on its ownThrough the internal software, you can also program the number of extractions you want to make before the machine requests a backflush two maintenance programs to guide you through this step, a short cycle for frequent cleaning, as well as a long cycle for thorough cleaning.

It also features a duration scheduling function regarding filter cartridge replacement.

The first innovation point lies in the ability to configure device activation and standby, at specific times, over a 7-day period.

No need to wake up earlier to preheat your device, it handles it automatically.

NB: The Bezzera Duo Top MN machine can be connected to the water network via a 1/8"G inlet fitting, and 10 mm outlet

Note: For devices connected to the water network, the use of a water softener and filter set is strongly recommended (as for a professional espresso machine). This set is mandatory to ensure that the water poses no risk to your device and will improve the flavor of your espresso. Without water filtration, you expose your device to long-term damage and risk warranty rejection by the brand for lack of maintenance.

The specialist's opinion  :

I have a soft spot for the wooden handles that give it a truly sporty and unique style

But what we demand from such a device is not only aesthetics, it's its capabilities above all and I must admit that's where it's impressive!

The E61 group is a benchmark, the combination with a dual boiler and rotary pump system has proven itself, but the whole is even more effective thanks to electronic control of many parameters.

Being able to adjust temperatures, service boiler shutdown, pre-infusion, but also and especially maintenance routines, standby or power on scheduling among others, it's a superb ultra-complete program that Bezzera has embedded.

I really appreciate this device which has been a benchmark for a while, but thanks to this new optimized version and the program, Bezzera has managed to make it even more effective. :)
