Since the 1950s, Moka coffee, similar to espresso, has become one of the most popular Italian coffees. One cup corresponds to approximately 5 cl, so this Bialetti Moka Express 30 cl allows you to make 6 cups.

To prepare your coffee, nothing could be simpler. Fill the aluminum reservoir up to the indicated level. Place the aluminum filter and fill it with ground coffee (be sure to select a grind suitable for Italian coffee makers). Screw on the upper part of the coffee maker. Place over medium heat and let the coffee extract. When all the water has risen into the upper compartment, remove the coffee maker from the heat.
