How to use your moka
1. Fill the base with water without exceeding the safety valve level. For optimal results without altering the aromas, use already hot (or boiling) water.
2. Place ground coffee in the funnel (fairly fine grind between filter and espresso if you own a grinder) up to the edge and level without tamping.
3. Position the funnel on the base
4. Screw the pot onto the base. Check the tightness. Keep the lower lid open and turn on the plate while placing the moka on it.
5. The water will boil and pass through the funnel to infuse the coffee and rise gradually into the pot. Once the flow is finished, remove the moka from the plate and close the lid.
6. Pour your coffee into a cup or glass. All you have to do is enjoy it. :)
