The Gourmandise d'Automne recipe requires a lower brewing temperature than classic black tea. For this blend, water between 85 and 90° will reveal the tea leaves from China, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Brewing takes 3 minutes, you can remove the tea once this time has elapsed. Prolonged brewing will develop bitterness that will mask the aromas.
