This organic black tea Destination is grown in the «high grown» region in the UVA province, renowned for its exceptional qualities known as aromatic, on the high plateaus of Sri Lanka !
 
Sicilian bergamot, a citrus fruit from the cross between the bitter orange and lemon tree, gives a sparkling freshness to the full-bodied Ceylon black tea leaves.
 
It is hand-harvested at over 1600m altitude by the association of small local producers in respect of biodynamics, in harmony with nature and man.

 

What distinguishes an organic tea ?

Pure and natural teas grown in healthy soil identifiable by the « AB ».

How is traceability ensured?

  • Physical inspection of plantations by international organizations
  • Identification and Traceability from earth to cup (International lot number and import authorization)
