The house Compagnie & Co creates unique blends thanks to their steam flavoring method which gives tea leaves a beautiful shine. This technique allows aromas to be fixed on the tea leaves, thus ensuring the preservation of the same aromas from discovery to opening your bag until tasting.
To prepare your St Nicolas Mandarin tea, it is recommended to heat water between 85 and 90 degrees. Take a mug-type cup, pour 20 cl of water. In an infuser, using a spoon, put 2 grams of tea and place in the water for 3 minutes. You can infuse your tea for a longer or shorter time, this will intensify the bitterness.
Ingredients : Black teas 82%, vanilla flavor 6%, mandarin flavor 4%, caramel flavor 3%, pink peppercorns 4%, marigold petals 1%.
