Preparing good coffee in a French press is not complicated: hot water and ground coffee, that's all you need. Mind you, such simplicity does hold a bit of magic! Pour your ground coffee into the carafe and cover with hot non-boiling water (count 1 tsp and 90 ml of water per cup). Let steep for 4 to 5 minutes, press down the plunger, and it's ready to be served in a beautiful coffee cup.
