A black tea with delicate gourmet and fruity flavors

This Gourmet Poppy black tea from Dammann Frères is a small marvel composed of pink peony flower petals and cornflower, with flavors of poppy, biscuit and almond paste. This tea is enjoyed during the day to appreciate its gourmet notes. To prepare your tea, bring water to 90° to allow the black tea to release its flavors. Infuse 2 grams of tea in water for 4 to 5 minutes, according to your preferences. If you enjoy it at tea time, you can pair it with a lemon biscuit or a financier to bring out the almond notes.
