This device offers you the possibility to serve 8 varied caffeinated beverages in your workplace: ristretto, double ristretto, espresso, double espresso, café crème, double café crème, americano and hot water.
By default, the machine does not include milk preparation, but you can opt for the Spreso milk refrigerator to complete it and expand your menu with more indulgent recipes: café latte, cappuccino, black cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso macchiato and hot milk. By integrating the milk unit option, all milk-based beverages will be activated on your machine, with milk circuit maintenance alerts.
As you can see, a great variety of recipes and possibilities open up to you with this equipment.
The major asset of this machine lies in its 3 distinct coffee profiles to best adapt to your preferences. The beverage profile is defined during installation. Each offers the same varieties with water quantities and coffee intensities adapted.

How to maintain my SPRO coffee machine

As a intelligent machine, you will receive a notification for each required maintenance intervention.
To do this, during installation, you will need to enter the water hardness of your supply. Get a water hardness test strip available here.
This essential step will automatically trigger all descaling cycles.
It is also recommended to use a filtration cartridge for water AquaAroma Cream from BRITA.
Daily cleaning:
- Remove the grounds container and drip tray, clean them in hot water containing dissolved detergent tablets.
- Perform the milk system cleaning if you have the Spreso milk refrigerator
Weekly cleaning:
- Clean the beverage outlet components in hot water with detergent tablets
- Rinse the water tank with hot water
- Clean the coffee group in hot water
- Wipe the machine body with a damp cloth, then dry it
