This device offers you the possibility to serve 8 varieties of caffeinated beverages in your workplace: ristretto, double ristretto, espresso, double espresso, café crème, double café crème, americano and hot water.
Originally, the device does not have a milk function, however it is possible to add the Spreso milk cooler in order to enrich your beverage menu: café latte, cappuccino, black cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso macchiato and hot milk. Adding the milk unit option automatically activates all milk-based recipes as well as the milk circuit maintenance alerts.

SPRO coffee machine maintenance

As a intelligent machine, it automatically alerts you as soon as maintenance intervention is required.
During commissioning, you will need to enter the lime scale rate of your water . To do this, obtain a water hardness test strip available here.
This essential step automatically triggers all descaling cycles.
Daily cleaning:
- Remove the grounds container and drip tray, wash them in hot water containing dissolved detergent tablets.
- Perform milk circuit rinsing if you have the Spreso milk cooler
Weekly cleaning:
- Clean the beverage outlet components with hot water and detergent tablets
- Rinse the coffee group with hot water
- Wipe the appliance chassis with a damp cloth, then dry it
