Explorez un café de pure origine provenant de la coopérative FEDECOVERA, établie dans la région de Cobán, Las Verapaces, au Guatemala. This terroir, rising between 1350 and 1500 m in altitude, gives this bean remarkable freshness and incomparable aromatic typicity.
Located within a preserved tropical zone, Guatemalan plantations benefit from natural vegetative cover allowing gradual maturation of cherries and optimal aromatic richness. Surrounded by abundant fauna and flora including endemic species, they adopt a responsible agricultural approach: coffee pulp is recovered and converted into natural fertilizer, promoting ecological farming practices and exceptional specialty coffee.
Furthermore, the French brand Café Mokxa has chosen 100% eco-responsible packaging : developed in Europe, it is made from kraft paper from wood cellulose extracted from sustainably managed forests, with the aim of minimizing its ecological footprint.

Since 2011, driven by a team of enthusiasts, based in Strasbourg and Lyon, Mokxa now operates in France and Europe, alongside coffee shops, restaurants and hotels.
