MOKXA Coffee beans
If we had to sum up Mokxa's philosophy it would be Selection, Roasting and Seasonality!
Created in 2011 by enthusiasts, Mokxa remains a French company based in Strasbourg and Lyon but also operates throughout Europe via the hospitality and catering industry. The value chain is what concerns them and indeed, selection and control from cherry to cup for all their coffees are ensured to guarantee quality coffee in the cup. Its roasting relies on freshness, which is why everything is roasted to order. Finally, seasonality dictates its catalog, which evolves throughout the year.

Mokxa Coffee
Since 2011, with a team of passionate people, based in Strasbourg and Lyon, Mokxa now operates in France and Europe, serving coffee shops, restaurants and hotels. The Café Mokxa team pays particular attention to bean selection with our importers or directly with producers. All coffees, 100% arabica, come from sustainable or organic agriculture. Because coffee is an agricultural product, defined by climate, soil nature, shade, botanical variety and altitude, their range varies throughout the year depending on seasonality. Café Mokxa works only with terroir coffees, from current harvests, and having received a cupping score above 84/100.
