The House Café Royal has developed the first capsule without aluminum or plastic. To preserve the coffee aromas, the grind is wrapped in a plant fiber. During extraction, the Coffee Ball is moistened then pierced before being put in contact with water. Once the extraction is complete, the Coffee Ball is ejected into the recovery bin.
