Each capsule contains 8 grams of ground coffee (or tea/chocolate) : the ideal amount to preserve the taste and aroma of each blend and make the most of the Caffitaly system technology.

The airtight capsule eliminates the risk of oxidation and preserves the aroma and taste of the coffee: it has the same characteristics as freshly ground beans .

The Caffitaly capsules are made of a selection of high-quality coffees and the machines are pre-set to a pressure that produces the best extraction .

The top film and the capsule body are made of 3 different layers to keep the capsule airtight. This thus perfectly protects the coffee from oxidation allowing to preserve all the coffee aromas .

During extraction, the filters ensure uniform and optimal distribution of water through the coffee , guaranteeing maximum performance of the process.

 

Result : an espresso with intense aroma , covered with a rich and creamy crema .
