To make espresso wherever you are
The Cafflano Kompresso works on the same principle as the Aeropress. This portable coffee machine allows you to prepare espresso anywhere, without electricity, with hot water and ground coffee.
The use of the Cafflano Kompresso coffee maker is very simple:
- Depending on the desired cup result, put 10 to 15 g of finely ground coffee in the filter and tamp lightly with the part serving as a coffee tamper. For optimal results, we recommend using coffee beans freshly ground.
- Attach the filter and assemble the cup underneath (you can use your own mug or container if you want a longer coffee).
- Add 30 to 70 ml of hot water (use a insulated container when you are outdoors)
- Press lightly on the piston to perform a pre-infusion. Wait 5 to 10 seconds.
- Press on the piston with the palms of your hands quickly and begin to pull the filter handles with your fingers almost simultaneously. Maintain pressure until extraction begins. Continue until the espresso is ready (approximately 30 to 35 seconds).
