Cafflano Kompresso portable espresso machine

To make espresso wherever you are

The Cafflano Kompresso works on the same principle as the Aeropress. This portable coffee machine allows you to prepare espresso anywhere, without electricity, with hot water and ground coffee.

The use of the Cafflano Kompresso coffee maker is very simple:

- Depending on the desired cup result, put 10 to 15 g of finely ground coffee in the filter and tamp lightly with the part serving as a coffee tamper. For optimal results, we recommend using coffee beans freshly ground.

- Attach the filter and assemble the cup underneath (you can use your own mug or container if you want a longer coffee).

- Add 30 to 70 ml of hot water (use a insulated container when you are outdoors)

- Press lightly on the piston to perform a pre-infusion. Wait 5 to 10 seconds.

- Press on the piston with the palms of your hands quickly and begin to pull the filter handles with your fingers almost simultaneously. Maintain pressure until extraction begins. Continue until the espresso is ready (approximately 30 to 35 seconds).

The portable espresso machine Caffano Kompresso is guaranteed BPA-free.

For a result closer to the Italian coffee maker, use a slightly less fine grind (15 g), tamp more firmly.

You can also use the Kompresso for Cold Brew, with 14 g of ground coffee, tamping firmly, with very cold water. Increase the pre-infusion to one minute before completing the extraction

The container serving as a cup can hold up to 55 ml of coffee.

Maintenance is simple: just rinse the parts with clean water and dry with a cloth or in the open air.
