How to use the CERAPOTTA ceramic dripper?

The Cerapotta eco-friendly ceramic dripper features graduated markings indicating the ideal amount of coffee for a successful extraction. Its funnel design ensures optimal extraction for coffees rich in aromas, creating a soothing rain effect.

The preparation method remains identical to that of a pour-over method. Start by pouring hot water upstream to rinse and preheat the filter. This ceramic filter is reusable, producing less waste than a paper filter. Cerapotta also recycles excess materials during production, further reducing pressure on the environment.

Maintaining this filter is extremely simple. A simple rinse with clear water is sufficient. If the flow slows down or an unpleasant aftertaste occurs, boil the filter to sterilize it in a pot or in the microwave. The materials used resist soiling, facilitating daily cleaning.
